When I was a young gal I happened to hear the following joke...
Q: What is black and white black and white black and white?
A: A nun rolling down a hill.
When the joke was told people laughed and I tried to remember the joke to tell my Mom. Unfortunately, I am not Catholic and I did not know what a nun was. I thought that they had said none instead of nun. So, my retelling of the joke was not as effective. Here is how I recounted the joke to my Mom...
Q: What is black and white black and white black and white?
A: A nothing rolling down the hill.
So, began my career in comedy.

The way you told the joke, way funnier. LOL
Actually, Maria, that is funny.
That was the funniest joke I'd ever heard!! As I recall, I was home sick when you first heard the joke and I thought it was so sweet that you were concerned that I'd missed out. Once Dad helped me understand how the joke and morphed, I laughed and laughed. I've retold it many, many times.
Mom
lol :)
I don't know why you think you can't tell a joke. I'm laughing so hard. Please keep telling jokes or should I say remodeling jokes. :)
I'm a horrible peddler of horrible jokes, too! Like...
What did Sushi A say to Sushi B?
WASABI!
Yeah...At least my hubby laughs at them? hahaha
