I could use a little help from you, my friends and readers. My family has a bit of difficulty when it comes to eating together. Eric and I are vegan, so that rules out all animal products. Another member of my family doesn't do anything with spice (I mean anything), tomatoes, onions, garlic, re-fried beans. We are constantly struggling to come up with a yummy menu for get-togethers. I'd love your input. Any suggestions?
