We are enjoying a slow family morning here in Wyoming. We have plans later tonight, but for the morning and early afternoon we are just enjoying the slow pace. We had a leisurely breakfast as Eric and I discussed his newest work of art, more on that soon.
Cordelia practiced eating like a big girl. This means she tried to not spill or zone out and spin in her chair. She was mostly successful in her endeavor. Although she did end up with a unibrow from her vegetable juice. This means that she holds the cup up against her face and the top part, wet from a previous gulp, touches in between her brows and leaves a red unibrow.
Elise mastered 3 steps last night and seems to have a new found confidence. She also had a tooth poke through over the weekend, so she is full of diva demands. She handed over a list of demands for her dressing room that included: lavender candles, bottled water from Issiquah, a monocle, a marzipan sculpture of her bear.
Oh, and we've used the long weekend to work on a few projects. We painted two of our stairs, how restrained.
What have you been up to?
