nice and easy dinner, dessert or even a breakfast!
2-3 oranges (any kind that looks good)
1/4 c sweetened coconut
agave for drizzling
1. Toast your coconut in a dry skillet over medium high heat. Keep an eye on it and remove from heat as it becomes golden.
While you are toasting the coconut slice up the oranges and grapefruit
into wedges or rounds, remove peel and pith. Separate the pomegranate
3. On a large dish lay out the citrus pieces, cover with pomegranate and then coconut.
4. Finally, drizzle with agave before serving.
