**Speaking of Vegan, for those of you who signed up for the Veganist book train the book has started on its way. Expect it sometime in your future!
- 1 package of firm or extra firm tofu, drained of water (not silken tofu---it will say silken on the box if this is your 1 st time buying tofu).
- pinch of turmeric (1/4 tsp.)
- pinch of garlic powder (1/4-1/2 tsp.) or a clove of garlic
- veggies to your liking. Today I used sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives, and pineapple. I use this as an opportunity to clear out leftover veggies in my fridge.
- 1/4 c. Dayia shredded vegan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 c. Nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 half of an avocado (optional)
