Crazy Weekend!

Phew! Life has been pretty hectic lately. Here is a little taste of how our weekend went.

Friday
5:00 After Eric returned from work I went and picked up some prints. Eric bathed the girls because it may be that Elise insisted on wearing only underwear and her sister may have fallen headfirst into a urine puddle in the kitchen before I could get it cleaned up.
6:00 Dinner.
7:00 Put the girls to bed
7:15 Eric had a concert and left to perform
7:15-9:00 I did research and maybe a little Pinning on Pinterest
9:00-11:00We hung out on the couch, exhausted

Eric show

While he was gone I cleaned the entire house, made lunch, gave Bumblebee a bath (because she stepped in poo), gave Elise a nap, worked on some research for a paper, read to the girls.
4:45-8:30 Eric returned home. Friends over for dinner about ten minutes after he returned.
9:00 Late dinner meant late bed for the girls.
9:00-11:00 Eric and I watched Netflix and talked over a glass of wine

That makes my head spin! Glad there was time to relax at the end of each day though! :)

Ah, the days of having a young family. As your Grandma Grace's famous saying goes (with a little adaptation), you have to be young to stand it! (And even enjoy it!)
