Today I am beginning a big shift. I will be gradually moving all of the content from rooted vegan over here. The project originally began as a partnership and when my partner became too busy to contribute it fell to me to continue, but after careful consideration I have decided that it is best to just transfer everything over here and let go of the site by the end of the year. So, here is the first recipe transfer.
You will need:
1 package of seitan, chunks
BBQ sauce, your favorite vegan brand
vegan coleslaw, click here
1. Splash your skillet with a little olive oil. Add the seitan and cook over medium high heat until the seitan is golden.
2. Add about 1/2 a cup of BBQ sauce, more or less to your preference. Turn off heat and let the sauce thicken a bit.
3. Lay out 4 tortillas. Place some coleslaw in the center, about 1/4 cup. Add 1/4 of the BBQ seitan. Roll 'em up.
