BBQ Seitan Wraps

Today I am beginning a big shift. I will be gradually moving all of the content from rooted vegan over here. The project originally began as a partnership and when my partner became too busy to contribute it fell to me to continue, but after careful consideration I have decided that it is best to just transfer everything over here and let go of the site by the end of the year. So, here is the first recipe transfer.

So you saw my post on the coleslaw(Click here) and you ran to the store for ingredients right? Now, if you haven't stood in front of the fridge spooning it into your mouth you have a way to make it even better. Yes, that is correct you can improve upon vegan coleslaw! Here is one of my absolute favorite summer meals, it is super simple and oh so satisfying! Enjoy it on your back porch with a slice of melon and some pink lemonade, perhaps some baked beans. You're good to go.
You will need:
olive oil
1 package of seitan, chunks
BBQ sauce, your favorite vegan brand
vegan coleslaw, click here

1.  Splash your skillet with a little olive oil. Add the seitan and cook over medium high heat until the seitan is golden.
2. Add about 1/2 a cup of BBQ sauce, more or less to your preference. Turn off heat and let the sauce thicken a bit.
3. Lay out 4 tortillas. Place some coleslaw in the center, about 1/4 cup. Add 1/4 of the BBQ seitan. Roll 'em up.

That's a very good move, then you only have one blog to worry about!
