We had a lovely and laid back Easter this year. Easter baskets, breakfast, church, late lunch, Easter egg hunt, walk. Brace yourself here comes a photo hurricane.
Breakfast.

The girls with their Grandpa Mike after church.

Asparagus with sea salt, gomasio, lemon, olive oil.

Mashed potatoes

Fruit salad with vanilla and mint.

Kale and quinoa salad with mint, parsley, basil, cucumber, walnuts, carrots, lemon, cranberries, scallions, and some other stuff I am forgetting.

Tofurkey with sweet potatoes

Elise, showing off her gifts from grandparents.

Egg hunting was intense this year...well for Cordelia. She took it very seriously. She just went for it, but it was all about the hunt. She actually gave away most of her eggs. She brought her basket on a walk later and handed out eggs to people we met along the way.

Elise was just going with the flow. Although she looks intense in this photo.

On a walk after lunch.

Cordelia

I promise that I was there too, just not in any of the photos.
We had a lovely day. Once the girls were quietly in bed Eric and I spent the evening talking and working on art, pretty ideal.
