She donned her Snow White costume and was ready to go. A side note about that wig...it is an adult sized wig, but she insisted. Interestingly she wanted to wear the wig so she'd have the same hair color as her sister, not to look more like Snow White. She also wore the wig to breakfast, but backwards. We sent messages to our wonderful friends that we were on our way. The first stop was at her BFF Sadie's house. Sadie was happy to put on a fairy costume for the occasion.

We stopped at a few other places and each time Cordelia was so sweet and adorable. Each person was gifted with a thankful hug by our little lady. When we got into the car she would say, "Oh that sure was nice of them to give me candy." She is heart meltingly sweet, this daughter of ours. Elise was mercifully asleep (have I mentioned that she hates riding in the car with an undying passion?).

Once the trick or treating had reached its conclusion we had a hayride to attend. So we continued on, Cordelia still in costume. Elise awoke just a few minutes before we arrived. She was in a great mood and her Grandma Sue opted to watch her while we took a little hayride with my father.

The hayride turned out to be hay-less, but it was fun!

Finally my father took Cordelia for a little play time in the leaf pile.

Halloween II was da bomb!
